A structured first step before wider work begins

It is not used for every request. It is used when a request is suitable but needs a clearer first paid step before broader work starts.

The Starter Review is a structured first paid step used for suitable requests after initial review. It helps clarify whether the request is workable, what kind of support may be appropriate, and what should happen next before wider coordination begins.

It is not a full sourcing project on its own and it does not replace a full service scope or quote.

Included

Feasibility assessment

A first review of whether the request looks workable and suitable for the next step.

Cost range estimate

A practical early estimate range based on the information available at that stage.

Sourcing direction

An initial view of the likely sourcing path, supplier direction, or coordination approach.

Key risks and recommendations

Important issues, missing details, or constraints that should be considered before wider work begins.

When Starter Review is used

Suitable but not fully clear

Used when a request looks promising but still needs a more structured first paid review.

Document-heavy or mixed-product requests

Used when the request involves more complexity, unclear documentation, or a mixed-product case that needs clearer first direction.

Before wider pricing or coordination

Used when a client needs a clearer first review before broader scope and pricing are confirmed.

Credit

Fully credited if you proceed

If you continue with Atlas Connect services after the Starter Review, the Starter Review fee is deducted from your first paid service.

  • applies only if the client proceeds with Atlas Connect services
  • applies to the first paid service
  • wider scope, quote, and payment terms are still confirmed separately in writing

Example: If the Starter Review is 450 MAD and the first paid service is 2,500 MAD, the 450 MAD is deducted from that first service.

Next step

01

You receive the review outcome

We confirm the result of the review and the likely next step.

02

Next step is clarified

Depending on the request, the next step may be a scoped quote, further clarification, or a defined service offer.

03

Paid work begins only after scope confirmation

Wider coordination or sourcing work begins only after the scope is confirmed in writing.

Ready to start with the request form?

If your request is business-focused and reasonably clear, the request form is the best first step. If suitable, the next step may include a Starter Review.
