Atlas Connect uses a structured review process so requests can be handled more clearly from the beginning. Not every request follows the same path, but every request starts with an initial request and a free, light review.
The goal is to reduce wasted back-and-forth, improve clarity, and make the next step easier to confirm.
We review fit and clarity
We check whether the request is clear enough, realistic enough, and suitable for this kind of support.
We may ask for more detail
If important details are missing, we may ask you to complete a follow-up form before confirming the next step.
Suitable requests may move to a Starter Review or scoped quote
When meaningful assessment is required, suitable requests normally proceed to a structured Starter Review. A direct scoped quote is exceptional and is offered only when the request is already clear enough to price without substantive assessment.
Paid work begins only after written scope confirmation and quote acceptance
Coordination work begins only after the scope is clear, confirmed in writing, and the quote has been accepted.
Not a fit
Some requests may be declined if they are too unclear, too risky, outside scope, or not suitable for this service.

Some requests need clarification first. In those cases, we may send a follow-up form before confirming the next step.
Starter Review or scoped quote
Suitable requests normally move to a Starter Review when meaningful assessment is required. They may move directly to a scoped quote only as an exception, when the request is already clear enough to price without substantive assessment.
What this process does not mean
