ACTS reviews fit and clarity
We check whether the request is understandable, realistic, and appropriate for ACTS support.
Missing details are clarified
If important information is missing, we ask focused follow-up questions before recommending the next step.
The next paid step is defined
Most suitable requests move to a Starter Review when meaningful assessment is needed. A direct scoped quote is reserved for requests already clear enough to price.
Work starts after acceptance
Paid coordination begins only after scope is confirmed in writing and the quote has been accepted.
